I love this as a intra-workout drink and I have been using it for years. I am 48 years old and this really helps with muscle recovery. I ran out of it once so I decided to go 2 weeks without it to see if I could tell a difference. I could! I was sore without this to aid in muscle recovery. Blueberry Lemonade, Blood Orange, and Fruit Punch are my favorite flavors.
