Prior to this find I was using a BCAA and after reading some articles on EAA’s I made the switch and couldn’t be happier. The Blood Orange flavor is great but the results are even better. My Body Water % has never gone below 50 since using this and recovery time is something I barely notice as I’m no longer sore when I push it harder on certain days.
