First off, I purchased this product because I had purchased it before and absolutely loved it. Gives you a great pump, must be the 8g of Citrulline Malate. Lol
Next off is the energy and focus is there, good amount of caffeine and L-Tyrosine.
Also a full dose of BCAAs, Beta Alanine and Creatine. Only thing I would add to this is Betaine Anhydrous.
Overall a great product. As of late though, I've been getting a bit bloated after I use it. Best used pre workout on an empty stomach.

Typically use 30 minutes before working out, gives me energy and a good pump but the wild cherry citrus taste awful. Really have to force myself to get it down. Do youself a favor and try a different flavor as this is a good product overall

          I used this product before every workout. I would try 30 minutes before my workout and I would take a few minute before my workout and it was effective both ways and its great for extreme focus but lacks the pump and is great about not making you jittering.
