Return Policy:
All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization number (RA#).
Any returns without a RA# will be refused.
No returns after 30 days from invoice date can be accepted.
All merchandise must be returned at customer’s expense.
Customers returning product due to dissatisfaction are required to return the unused portion or empty container.
Credit is only applicable to the purchase price of the items returned but not to any delivery costs that customer may have incurred.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item please e-mail or
contact our Customer Service Department at info@nutrex.com or by phone at 1-888-368-8739 between the hours of 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST within 24 hours.
DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR PACKAGING until you have contacted Customer Service for instructions as we may require return of the damaged goods.
In these situations we will promptly send you replacement product.
Products Purchased Through 3rd Party Retailers: Nutrex Research has a 30 day 100% money back guarantee on all products purchased directly through Nutrex. Nutrex Research products purchased through 3rd Party Retailers other than directly through Nutrex Research are subject to the return policies of the retailer where the items were purchased.
