Directions: Take 2 liqui-caps 30 minutes before breakfast and 2 more liqui-caps in the afternoon. Start off with only 2 liqui-caps on your first two days (1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) and increase dosage by 1 liqui-cap every two days until maximum dosage of 4 liqui-caps per day is reached. DO NOT EXCEED 4 LIQUI-CAPS PER DAY. Do not take within 6 hours of sleep.

Yohimbine HCL (3mg)

How do I take Lipo-6?
Lipo-6 should be taken progressively to assess your tolerance. For days 1-2, take one capsule in the morning about 30 minutes before breakfast and again about 6 hours later before a meal. Days 3-4 you will increase your dose to two capsules in the morning and one capsule in the afternoon. For days 5 and on you will reach the maximum dose of two capsules in the morning and two more in the afternoon. If you feel like four capsules a day is too much you can decrease to a more comfortable dosage. You don’t necessarily need to take the maximum dose to receive maximum weight loss benefits.
How long do I take Lipo-6?
Lipo-6 should be used in 8 week cycles with a 1 week break in between.
How many capsules are in a bottle of Lipo-6 and how long will it last me?
We offer two sizes of the Lipo-6, a 120 capsule and a 240 capsule bottle. The 120 capsule bottle will last the average individual about 30 days whereas the 240 will last about 60 days.
How much caffeine does Lipo-6 contain?
Each Lipo-6 capsule contains 100mg of caffeine. Our recommend serving size is two capsule which would provide 200mg of caffeine. To put this into perspective, a normal cup of coffee contains about 150mg of caffeine.
Are there any side effects to Lipo-6?
Although all of the compounds in Lipo-6 are all considered safe ingredients, it does contain stimulant ingredients like Caffeine, Synepherine, and Yohimbine. If you are sensitive to stimulant ingredients and you take too much there is a possibility you may experience a very racy speedy feeling, possible anxiety and slight headaches.
How long will it take for me to see results with Lipo-6?
