1) Eligibility: The "2012 Arnold Classic Europe Vacation" Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Nutrex Research, Inc., Supplement Warehouse and members of their immediate families (spouse, siblings, parents, children and their respective spouses) or households of such employees, are not eligible.

2) How To Enter: Entry will be available via online devices and through purchase of a minimum of one (1) Nutrex Research product through Supplement Warehouse. Multiple Nutrex Research product purchases made by the same person within the term of the contest will be deemed eligible. Only a completed Nutrex Research product purchase through Supplement Warehouse will qualify you as a contestant. Return of sold Nutrex Research products will disqualify that person/purchase from the contest.

3) Free Method of Entry: During any Individual Sweepstakes Period, hand print your name, address, phone number, age, and the title of the sweepstakes you wish to enter (as set forth on the "Sweepstakes" page) on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "Win a Trip to the Arnold Classic Europe – Free Entry" and write the title of the sweepstakes that you wish to enter on the envelope, c/o Supplement Warehouse, 2440 W. Corporate Preserve Dr., Oak Creek, WI. For each mailed-in entry, you will receive 1 entry into the individual sweepstakes indicated on your entry card and envelope. Limit: 1 entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten, become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. All mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by June 30th, 2012.

4) Grand Prize Drawings: One (1) grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing by Supplement Warehouse from all eligible entries received throughout the promotion period of April 1st thru June 30th, 2012. Potential Winner will be notified by email and/or phone on or about Monday, July 9th, 2012. Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of age. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, prize may be forfeited. Supplement Warehouse reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant who will also be selected randomly, even if the disqualified potential winner's name may have been publicly announced. Supplement Warehouse is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.

5) Prizes: Grand Prize: (2) two first class airline tickets to Madrid, Spain for 4 days and 5 nights, (2) two tickets to the Arnold Classic Europe Expo, 4 days and 5 nights hotel accommodations to the Intercontinental Hotel in Madrid or a cash prize alternative of $2,500. Winner will be provided instructions to obtain his/her Grand Prize package. Winner must take delivery of package within 30 days of notification. Prizes are not transferable. Supplement Warehouse reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local income taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the retail value of the prize. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects.

6) General Terms: Supplement Warehouse is responsible for conducting this Sweepstakes and Supplement Warehouse's decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Non-compliance within this time period, or the return of winner's prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and prize will not be awarded. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Prizes won by an eligible entrant who is a minor in his/her state of residence will be awarded to minor's parent or legal guardian, who must sign and return all required documents.

7) Release: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the official rules and instructions and the decisions of Supplement Warehouse. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, photograph, likeness, biographical information and/or statements for advertising or promotion on behalf of sponsor in all media worldwide without limitation, notice or further compensation, except where such requirement is prohibited by law. By participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of any prize, entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless both Nutrex Research, Inc., Supplement Warehouse, and both companies' respective officers, directors and employees, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death, which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, and any travel related thereto, and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. By participating, entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Supplement Warehouse in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Wisconsin, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
